RETURN & EXCHANGE

Clorys strives to provide a pleasurable shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of items in new/unused condition with original packaging.

Please contact us at service@clorys.com prior to return/exchange.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@clorys.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order.
  • For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight.(The reason for charging this fee is that we have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand
  • We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
  • Returns must be post marked within 60 days of the original order date.
  • Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer service to get it).
  • Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
